Meet Ann Sweeney
I’m Ann Sweeney, and I’m running to continue serving as Dubuque County Recorder. The Recorder’s Office protects important records people count on: property documents; birth, death, and marriage records; military service records; and recreational vehicle registrations. Since being appointed Recorder in 2025, I’ve focused on protecting records, improving customer service, strengthening office procedures, and making the office more efficient and accountable for residents.
